Facilitated team building that fixes workplace problems Is your team working as well as it should?
We design facilitated corporate team building programmes around one thing your team needs to get better at. Every programme ends with a debrief and a written summary, so the day turns into change back at work.
A fun day fades by Monday. We start with the problem that is holding your team back and design the day to fix it. These are the ones companies bring to us most.
For conferences and kick-offs that need one shared message the whole room acts on.
What's in itOpening talk by Mark, Chain Reaction or Team Art for the whole room, short debrief from the stage
Length2 – 4 hours Up to 1,000 people
Each programme is priced for your group, not per head, and your proposal shows one all-inclusive figure. Need a reset for a team after a tough year? Ask about our adventure days. Based in Pretoria, we run programmes across Gauteng and South Africa, including team building in Pretoria and Johannesburg.
How a programme runs
We plan a team day the way you would plan any project worth the time.
Planning call
Fifteen minutes about your team: what is working, what is not, and what you want people to do differently afterwards.
Proposal
A programme designed around that outcome, with one all-inclusive price. We can find the venue too.
The day
Mark and our facilitators run everything with our own equipment, so you can take part instead of organising.
Debrief and written summary
A facilitated debrief on the day, then a short summary by email so managers can follow up.
Fewer dropped hand-overs between Finance and Operations
What we saw
Both sides of the bridge started building before agreeing measurements.
Questions flowed one way only, from Operations to Finance.
After the midpoint check-in, the two sides closed the gap in 12 minutes.
Suggested follow-up
A weekly 10-minute hand-over check between the two team leads.
One shared tracker for month-end requests.
Facilitated by Mark Maguire
Mark has spent more than 20 years facilitating corporate team programmes across South Africa. He reads a room quickly and gets every person involved, from the quiet analyst to the senior executive, and he makes sure the lessons are talked through, not just enjoyed.
He also gives motivational talks on teamwork, change and shared purpose, on their own or as the opening of a programme, so the message is put into practice the same day.
